We use your personal information only for providing the functionality of Maxlab Mobile apps. By using EMAIL POPUP: POPPY, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We only distribute Maxlab Mobile apps via GooglePlay. Other entities distributing Maxlab Mobile apps, including EMAIL POPUP: POPPY, are doing so without the consent of eWhiz Mobile Ltd.

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY presents information, including private information, by translating email messages into text messages. The information includes, but is not limited to, the email sender, subject, and content.

Users wishing to keep their email private should not use EMAIL POPUP: POPPY because anyone with access to their device may also have access to information created by EMAIL POPUP: POPPY.

Information Collection and Use

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY is software that presents emails in a popup email app and allows users to reply, delete, and perform other operations on those emails.

Each EMAIL POPUP: POPPY user chooses which online accounts they wish to access using EMAIL POPUP: POPPY.

When you set up EMAIL POPUP: POPPY to access your email account, you will need to enter information and credentials for that account, such as your name, email address, and password. EMAIL POPUP: POPPY stores this information on your mobile device.

In addition to your credentials, EMAIL POPUP: POPPY needs certain non-personal, technical information from your account providers to configure each email account you use.

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY stores other information on your mobile device, including copies of your email and text messages. This information is stored locally on your device.

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY attempts to make a direct local connection from your mobile device to your remote mail server. Processing of retrieved mail is performed locally on the device. The user must ensure that the network, mail server, and device are secure.

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY stores private information in a local database. This information is required to implement features including, but not limited to, notifications, message viewing, and history.

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY stores email and text messages including full content. Information judged to be private is usually encrypted, however encryption is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of any encryption used within the app.

It is the user’s responsibility to encrypt their Android device. This can typically be done from the device’s security settings or with third-party software. It is also the user’s responsibility to ensure that all data, whether encrypted or not, is kept locally and in their possession.

Log Data

EMAIL POPUP: POPPY collects logging data to allow users to diagnose problems with the app. Logs are collected locally on the device and may be stored in memory and/or on the SD card depending on app options. Message details may be contained in the logs.

We do not typically store logging data on our servers. However, users may send logs to Maxlab Mobile by selecting the email option on the “View Logs” page.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that logs sent to us do not contain private information. Logs that are sent to us may be stored on our servers to help improve EMAIL POPUP: POPPY in the future.

Users must ensure that logs are removed when no longer needed. Logs stored on an SD card should be encrypted. On most Android devices, SD card encryption can be enabled from the device’s security settings or by using third-party software.
