Last updated: June 2nd 2025

Definitions

YOONKA LIMITED distributes Maxlab Mobile software via GooglePlay. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of Maxlab Mobile apps.

We use your personal information only for providing the functionality of Maxlab Mobile apps. By using VOICE MAIL, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We only distribute Maxlab Mobile apps via GooglePlay. Other entities distributing Maxlab Mobile apps, including VOICE MAIL, are doing so without the consent of YOONKA LIMITED.

VOICE MAIL reads information, including private information, aloud by translating email messages via text-to-speech. This information includes, but is not limited to, the email sender, subject, and content. Any entity within listening distance of the device will receive the email information.
Users wishing to maintain privacy should not use VOICE MAIL.

Information Collection and Use

VOICE MAIL is software that reads emails aloud using text-to-speech.

Each VOICE MAIL user chooses which online accounts they wish to access using VOICE MAIL. When you set up VOICE MAIL to access your email account, you will need to enter information and credentials for that account, such as your name, email address, and password. VOICE MAIL stores this information on your mobile device.

In addition to your credentials, VOICE MAIL needs certain non-personal technical information from your account providers to configure each email account you use. VOICE MAIL stores other information on your mobile device, including copies of your email and text messages. This information is stored locally on your mobile device.

VOICE MAIL attempts to make a direct local connection from your mobile device to your remote mail server. The processing of mail retrieved from your remote mail server is performed locally on the device. The user must ensure that the network, mail server, and device are secure.

VOICE MAIL stores private information in a local database. This information is required to implement features including, but not limited to, notifications, message viewing, and history. VOICE MAIL stores email and text messages, including full content. Information judged to be private is usually encrypted by us; however, encryption is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of any encryption used within the app.

It is the user’s responsibility to encrypt their Android device. Android devices can typically be encrypted from the device’s security settings or with third-party software. It is also the user’s responsibility to ensure that all data, whether encrypted or not, is kept locally and that the device remains in their possession.

Log Data

VOICE MAIL collects logging data to allow users to diagnose problems with the app. Logs are collected locally on the device and may be stored in memory and/or on the SD card depending on app options. Message details may be contained in the logs.

We do not typically store logging data on our servers. However, you may send logs to Maxlab Mobile by selecting the email option on the View Logs page. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that logs sent to us do not contain private information. Logs you send may be stored on our servers to help improve VOICE MAIL in the future.

Users must ensure that logs are removed when no longer needed. Logs may also be stored on the SD card, which the user is responsible for encrypting. On most Android devices, the SD card can be encrypted from the device’s security settings or with third-party software.

Features That Reveal Information

VOICE MAIL reveals message details in the following features:

VOICE MAIL is capable of displaying sensitive information on your lock screen and may have other features that reveal sensitive or private information.

Communications

We do not use information that you enter into the app to contact you.

Security

The security of your information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is absolutely secure. While we attempt to protect your information, we cannot guarantee it will be protected.

Users should encrypt their internal Android device and SD card using the security settings available on their device or third-party software.

Due to the function of VOICE MAIL, it can reveal private information during normal operation. Users wishing to maintain privacy should not use VOICE MAIL.
